This summer Washtenaw County Public Health is hosting five community conversations in various neighborhoods with funds from the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation and state of Michigan Department of Human Services, Health Disparities Reduction and Minority Health Section. The purpose of these events is to collaborate with community members and organizations to establish priority health needs and identify resources to implement short- and long-term community-driven solutions. Conversations will take on the South Side of Ypsilanti, in West Willow, Whitmore Lake and within the Latino community. The first event will be on July 14 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at HOPE Clinic, and conversations will continue through September. Please contact Stephen Wade with any questions at email@example.com.
